Every call on the dialer with Avatar 0.10.0 or newer: how long the agent sat in wrap-up, the code they clicked, and the code Avatar would have picked. Avatar only suggests for now; it does not click. The idle guard is watch-only: when an agent sits in wrap-up for 90 seconds with no code and no activity, it records the code it would pick and a Break, and clicks nothing.
